Usually not. Recycle Bin keeps the data on the drive until you empty it or permanently remove those files. Storage Scanner keeps measured free space separate from cleanup estimates.
Local drives and folders on your Windows 11 x64 PC. Protected and unreadable files, registered cloud-sync folders, links, and cloud placeholders are excluded or marked. Network drives aren't supported. The app explains partial coverage rather than bypassing permissions.
